Units start DIRTY, move to CLEANING IN PROGRESS, and only become READY when proof is submitted. Co-hosts can manage the workflow. Owners control access.

Does this replace my cleaner? No

FreshFlip isn't a marketplace. You keep your team. We add the operator layer: schedule -> accountability -> proof -> escalation.

Do cleaners need an app? No

They use a magic link on their phone. Upload proof photos, add notes, mark green.

How does it know my schedule? iCal

We read your Airbnb iCal feed. Reserved events inform check-in/check-out dates. You can set a one-time last checkout on onboarding.

Can a cleaner work across multiple owners? Yes

Cleaner accounts are global. Owners authorize cleaners per unit and can revoke access per unit without deleting the cleaner.
